When you receive a message containing several attachments, you do not need to open and save each file separately. In one step, you can save multiple attachments to the same location.
In Outlook 2003, open the message then click File -> Save Attachments, and select Save All Attachments. In Outlook 2007, open the message and select Microsoft Office button -> Save As -> Save Attachments.
Choose a location to save them and click Save.
You can then delete the E-mail message from your Inbox.
